Katherm ID provides heating and cooling with induction air and treated fresh air.
Katherm ID is trench technology for decentralized heating and cooling as well as effective ventilation with treated primary air based on the induction principle. The main areas of application are office and conference rooms.
To achieve better use of room space, the Katherm ID trenches as well as all supply lines are installed in a space-saving manner in the raised floor or cavity floor.
Katherm ID is available in two trench heights and five trench lengths. It can be designed as a 2-pipe or 4-pipe system and can also be implemented as a continuous trench run.
Custom-made solutions are possible for every building architecture with individual geometries. This applies to the trench and the grille.

Our Katherm trench technology products are carefully packed in cardboard packaging for transport. The grille edge trim profiles are protected against damage by green plastic profiles. A sustainable paper cover prevents dust and dirt from entering.
As the units are often installed in the building at an early construction stage, the grille can be replaced at the factory with a wooden installation cover for their protection for an additional charge. The grilles are then supplied separately packed.
Thanks to its inductive operation without a fan, Katherm ID stands out with simple, low-maintenance system technology, as no complex cleaning or spare parts are required. This has a positive effect on investment and long-term operating costs.
This variant is ideal for simple applications. All integrated actuators are factory-wired to a terminal and can be connected to our electromechanical accessories such as thermostats or external controllers.
