Decentralized underfloor ventilation unit
The UZS for heating, cooling and ventilation is designed for installation in a raised floor. It provides an outdoor air supply via a facade connection and increases performance through the admixture of secondary air.

For building revitalization
The decentralized ventilation unit UZS ensures demand-controlled ventilation and temperature control in office and administrative buildings – ideal for building revitalization and new construction. It is installed in the raised floor, usually in front of floor-to-ceiling glass facades.
Grille cover
In the room, only a slim, discreet design grille of the UZS is visible. A choice can be made between various roll-up grilles and a linear grille. The grille can be easily removed for maintenance purposes.
Functions
By using the UZS, it is possible to supply rooms with outdoor air and at the same time provide heating and cooling.
Three variable modes can be selected with the UZS. It can therefore be operated with
- primary air
- secondary air and
- mixed air .
The temperature control in the optional 4-pipe system provides extra comfort and, just like the 2-pipe system, operates independently of the ventilation demand.
Performance boost
The UZS can be combined with a traditional trench technology, such as the Katherm HK, for even greater performance.
Easy Maintenance
Filter units, actuators, heating coils, etc. can be accessed very easily by removing the grille cover. Maintenance of the supply air fan units can also be carried out as needed by removing the functional modules via the grille cover. The possibility of removing all unit components via the cover eliminates the need for additional inspection openings in the floor area.
Control
Electromechanical control
This variant is ideal for simple applications. All integrated actuators are factory-wired to a terminal and can be connected to our electromechanical accessories such as thermostats or external controllers.
Hybrid concept
Central ventilation – decentralized temperature control: The combination of central ventilation via an AHU unit and decentralized air conditioning with pumped hot water and chilled water enables efficient heating and cooling.
