Everything is new at the Jansen dealership in Lingen, Germany. After a history spanning over 60 years, the progressive Ford and Kia dealer embarked on a complete relaunch at its site in Lingen, Germany: a new logo, new website, new slogan – and, above all, the general refurbishment of its buildings and building services. “The new driving” is the company’s new slogan, meaning that you can reach your destination reliably and safely: at the same time in an environmentally-friendly, economical and comfortable manner. What is remarkable is that this is also precisely what Kampmann’s air conditioning technology offers – installed throughout the entire building complex.

If you approach the dealership from the air, the first thing you notice is the large photovoltaic system that covers almost the entire roof. The two KaClima AO chillers, also situated on the roof, look small compared to it. In fact, the compact dimensions of KaClima AO units set them apart – yet they are nonetheless powerful and comfortable. The unit designed for installation outdoors works with free cooling at low outside temperatures, thus saving a lot of energy. It is also useful that KaClima AO units can be installed as a cascade solution. Prefabricated pipework sets also ensure ease of installation. These units achieve their output of up to 1,360 kW with the use of the future-proof refrigerant R32, which results in an up to 75% reduction of the CO₂ equivalent.

From the roof into the inside of the dealership: Depending on the space, fan coils and unit heaters are installed here to make customers and employees feel as comfortable as possible. In the offices and staff areas, ceiling cassettes for heating and cooling fit perfectly into the suspended ceiling: 18 KaCool D AF units are installed here. Their visual appearance is as discreet as their air supply. The side air outlet of the KaCool D AF unit uses the Coandă effect to eliminate draughts.

Similar features can be found with the Ultra fan coil, which has become a veritable classic in the building services sector and can be found in countless stores throughout Europe. As intended, the Ultra units are installed in the showroom area of the Jansen dealership and cool, heat and ventilate energy-efficiently, thanks to their EC fans and hexagonal housing design. Suitable for use with heat pumps, efficient, quiet and available in different sizes, Ultra units continue to be one of the most relevant units on the market.

Finally, TOP C unit heaters are installed in the workshop. Like the Ultra, TOP units are the classics among unit heaters: durable, robust, powerful and versatile.

The Jansen dealership has thus reliably achieved its aim of energy-saving refurbishment with Kampmann: with sustainable units that energy-efficiently and conveniently deliver comfort.
